Terms & Conditions

Fountainhead International B.V. provides exhibition stand design, fabrication, project management, media & technology solutions, on-site support, and catering & hospitality services for trade shows and exhibitions across Europe and internationally. The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project will be defined in a separate quotation, proposal, or signed agreement between the Company and the Client.

All quotations provided by the Company are valid for the period stated therein and are subject to change without prior notice unless confirmed in writing. An order is deemed confirmed only upon written acceptance of the quotation and/or receipt of the agreed advance payment by the Company.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms will be specified in the individual project quotation or contract. The Company reserves the right to suspend or halt work on a project in the event of delayed or non-payment of any agreed installment.

The Client shall provide accurate branding materials, timely approvals, and any necessary documentation required for the design, fabrication, and installation of the exhibition stand. Delays caused by the Client in providing such information may affect project timelines, for which the Company shall not be held responsible.

All design concepts, drawings, renders, and creative material developed by Fountainhead International B.V. remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-supplied logos, trademarks, and branding materials remain the property of the Client.

Any cancellation or material change to a confirmed order must be communicated in writing. Depending on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation, the Client may be liable for costs already incurred by the Company, including but not limited to design work, materials procured, and third-party bookings.

The Company shall exercise reasonable skill and care in the performance of its services. However, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of business or reputational damage, arising from the use of its services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Dutch law.

The Company shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, venue restrictions, or government regulations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
